Terminal typing now refreshes promptly. Smart shows a visible cursor, and Original/Fit keep the cursor on its captured row through scrollback and viewport changes.
Install Mux Manager — Build 18Open this page in Safari on your registered iPhone or iPad, tap Install, and confirm the iOS installation prompt. Then look for Mux Manager on your Home Screen.
New in build 18
- Smart Terminal cursor now remains visible at empty shell prompts and when Live is paused. Correct cursor placement in Original/Fit.
- Prompt output refreshes after input and batching of adjacent unsent keys on slower links.
- Dropped connections reconnect automatically and restore the selected tmux window when available.
- Compose shows Sending… immediately and blocks duplicate submissions.
- Spell check and autocorrection are on by default; use the ABC button to turn both off or on.
Explicit Disconnect cancels retries. Host verification and authentication errors still need your attention.
Turn on Codex notifications
- Open Mux Manager and connect to your host.
- Open
Info → Codex notifications. - Enable
Notify when Codex needs attention and allow notifications.
Alerts include the host and window name. Detection is best effort and stops when iOS suspends the app or ends its background runtime. Nothing needs to be installed on your SSH hosts.
Window checks pause after 2 minutes idle or 30 minutes since you opened or used the window. Open it or send input to resume monitoring.
About this installation
This is an ad hoc build for devices already registered with Kris’s Apple developer account. It is not an App Store or TestFlight release. If installation fails on another device, that device may need to be registered and included in a new signed build.
Uses the same bundle identifier and Production CloudKit environment as the App Store build. Do not delete your existing installation before updating.
